   Returning a Product: Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return address. Please ship the product to the specified address at the customer’s expense.
   Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made to your payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
   If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please specify this when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Exchanges are processed at the buyer’s expense.
5. Non-Returnable Products

6. Shipping Responsibility
   We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning items and insure the product in case of damage or loss during shipping. NT Soundworks LLC is not responsible for products that are not safely returned to us.
